Many construction projects include work on existing buildings or working in phases, so each phase has items that are existing to remain, to be removed, to be patched, and to be added.

While we have a data property for this, it would be more useful to users to be able to create drawings, each with their own display rules, based on these phases. Users would also want to run reports and analysis on each phase.
