Move parallel kind of do the job. At least one element at a time.
I now remember what I had in mind. In OBD there is a toll PLACE FORM PARALLEL.
What I really want is a tool so I can 'trace' a line/smart line/OBD form etc at a distance set in Tool Settings. Optionally sencing symbology of traced line.
It was doing the below I got tired of move parallel and fixing corners I wanted something faster.
