As a OBD ES user we have a really useful tool for generating different walls, floors, roofs, etc - we can pick from a list of parts bricks, blocks, etc to enable us to construction fabric data for use in our calculations.
As part of our work we also have to produce architectural drawings but can't help but notice that the compound wall tool is cumbersome and difficult to use. Is it possible to redesign it to be easy use like the ES version ?
In addition, as an architect it would be easy to make adjustments to the surround build-ups.
| How frequently will feature be used? | A few times a week |
| How much time will you save? | I think it would save a far degree of time as the Energy Sim tool is a lot easier to use |
Hi Graham, whilst this idea has many interesting aspects, it would require a significant redo of OB ES and OBD modeling tools and the datagroup back office.
