Hi

The StructuralFramingCommon_enumlookups.xml is found in the C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings 20XX\OpenBuildingsDesigner\DataGroupSystem\

This means that the Structural types are not able to be edited. need to move all the files in the C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings 20XX\OpenBuildingsDesigner\DataGroupSystem\ to the DataSet Folder.
