Sometimes we do not have room references from architects and we need to create them ourselves. We need to be able to show clearly the location of particular room on the layout - it can be done in wireframe top view. Unfortunately sometimes room number appears outside the room, if the room is of complicated shape, or coincides with some parts of DWG background. Sometimes the ability to move the ref number is needed.
