Section callout should be moved by the keyboard's arrows.

How frequently will feature be used? A few times a day
How much time will you save? It is not related to saving time but it is related to work easily or audit things easily.

    It would be good to also have the option to key in and define a distance.

    Especially in big models. Sections will lag quite a bit making over-under shoots inevitable.
