OBD 2023 using the ISO19650 dataset, the Dataset.cfg has the variable
MS_DGNLIBLIST_LINESTYLES = $(TFDIR)Dgnlib\Linestyles,dgnlib
With it set the equals, it will not read any similar MS_DGNLIBLIST_LINESTYLES variables that has been set to either appended (>) or prepended (<) at the Organization configuration Level.
The Dataset.cfg variable needs to set to prepend (<) in order for any other MS_DGNLIBLIST_LINESTYLES variables to read additionally when they set at the Organization level.

| How much time will you save? | It will mean not having to discover that the Linestyles set at the Organization level are missing. |
