I really love the "ifcTransformReferenced" key-in. It's the easiest way I know of to relocate an IFC file, keeping all other information intact.

It would be so nice to get some similar features for:

• Splitting IFC file: For example we often receive a steel model that also contains some concrete "reference" elements. We don't want these concrete elements in that model because they are duplicate from another model and often not geometrically accurate.

• Joining IFC files: When receiving multiple sub-models (for example separate buildingstoreys, separate production entities like stairs, ...) it's a bit of a hindrance to have them as a long list of separate models for BIM Coordination. Joining them into a single IFC file, keeping the original structure intact (like ifcBuilding, Buildingstoreys, ...) would be very useful!
