A correct steel beam with rounded corners is ofcourse looking better in a shaded view.
But it is problematic in drawings front view as it will produce a lot of lines. Try an ifc from Revit or Tekla and you will see.
Best would be if OBD could filter the front view in a Building View to omit graphics from the rounded corners from geometry that is parallell to the cut plane.
