Penetrations: User-defined Penetration Object

The Penetration Object geometry should be replaced by a Parametric Cell, which the user can modify to suit project needs, additional elements etc.

Penetrations require a lot of additional construction elements like sleeves, boarding, supports / lintels and other details. The 'hole' is just the tip of the iceberg.

It would be good to integrate this as early as possible. Users would use dgnlibs or defined cell libs, similar to the way OBD's Drawing Rules work? Lookup tables defined and cached for speed? Item Type Expressions?

Based on the defined per object rule / config, the Penetration Manager would place the user defined Parametric Cell.

Edit in Excel should allow the user to bulk edit the Parametric Cell assignments and synch back to the model.

How frequently will feature be used? Several times a day
How much time will you save? Lots. Penetrations are involved not only between Arch / Structures: MEP but Arch: Structures and Arch: Arch
